Tyson Fury Vs. Arslanbek Makhmudov Predictions
Tyson Fury will end his brief retirement to face Arslanbek Makhmudov on Saturday, as fans picked their winner.
Following his January 2025 retirement—announced after back-to-back title losses to Oleksandr Usyk—Fury made the decision to reverse his retirement. Fury enlisted Thai-born coach Junior Robert McInnes to refine his movement. Reports from the Pattaya camp suggest Fury has trimmed down to a "fighting weight" not seen since his 2022 victory over Dillian Whyte, emphasizing agility over raw mass. After a knockout loss to Agit Kabayel in 2024, the Russian has rebuilt himself. Makhmudov enters this bout on the back of a victory over the "White Rhino" Dave Allen in October 2025.
Pre-Fight
"It’s just doing what I already did in the past but bringing different stuff back to life that I haven’t been doing lately – if a 37-year-old Tyson Fury can do what a 27-year-old Tyson Fury did back in the day. And so I’m really putting things together honestly. I want a brutal knockout over Makhmudov. It’s going to be fun. But to see him perform in the ring against sparring partners and smash everyone up, he caught me with a few shots there as well, it’s very good to see and he is in tip-top shape. I can’t wait to watch him fight," Fury said
